How to Integrate Oculus Proxies With SwitchyOmega

Download and Install SwitchyOmega

Install the SwitchyOmega extension for your browser:Once installed, the extension will appear in your browser toolbar.

Create a New Profile

1. Open the SwitchyOmega Options by clicking on the extension icon and selecting Options.
2. Click on New Profile in the settings.
3. Enter a Profile Name, select Proxy Profile, and click Create to add a new configuration.

Configure Your Oculus Proxy Details

1. Enter your Oculus Proxy information in the provided fields:
  • Protocol: Choose from HTTP, HTTPS, or SOCKS5 (depending on the proxy you’re using).
  • Server: Enter proxy.oculus-proxy.com.
  • Port: Use the port number provided in your Oculus dashboard.
2. Click the Lock icon to input your credentials:
  • Username: Your Oculus username.
  • Password: Your Oculus password.
3. Save your settings by clicking Save Changes.
For country-specific proxies, you can enter a format like your-username-country-US to receive a US exit node.

Apply and Activate the Proxy

1. Click Apply Changes to finalize your setup.
2. Activate the proxy by selecting your configured profile from the SwitchyOmega dropdown menu in your browser toolbar.
