    Am I eligible for a refund on my subscription?

    Oculus Proxies provides refunds for subscriptions canceled within 5 days of the initial payment, as long as your total bandwidth usage is under 50MB.

    How can I check my bandwidth usage?

    You can track your current bandwidth usage in the Oculus Proxies dashboard to verify if you meet the refund criteria.

    Can my order be declined for security reasons?

    Yes. We may decline or cancel orders if there is suspicion of fraud, unauthorized transactions, or illegal activity.

    How can i get a refund?

    To cancel your proxy and receive a refund, please follow our Cancel Plan process. If you’re eligible under our refund policy, the option will be available. If it’s not visible and you believe you’re eligible, feel free to contact us.

    What if I don’t qualify for a refund?

    In certain cases, exceptions may be considered. If you believe you are eligible despite not meeting the standard refund criteria, you can submit a request via email at support@oculusproxies.com. Be sure to provide details explaining your situation.
