Go to Subscriptions Page

Go to the Active subscriptions page in my account on the left to view your current proxies, choose the plan you want and click Cancel plan to proceed.
Automatic refunds are available if the subscription is canceled within 5 days of purchase and bandwidth usage is under 50MB, in line with our refund policy.

Before you cancel

Before proceeding with cancellation, consider switching to another plan. Canceling will permanently deactivate your proxies and cannot be reversed. To continue, click Cancel & refund.

Plan canceled!

Your plan has been successfully canceled and is no longer visible on your dashboard. A confirmation email with refund details will be sent to you shortly.
