How to Integrate Oculus Proxies With Viber

Open Settings
Open the app, go to the More tab and head to Settings.

General Settings
Go to General from the settings menu.

Enable Proxy
Press Use Proxy.

Enter Proxy Details
Choose the desired proxy 
Type and insert the Host, Port(31115), Username, and Password then return back.5
Restart
Restart the app by closing and reopening, to apply the changes and connect to the proxy.
